Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.
Shipping Times
Shipping times vary by destination and shipping method:
- Europe: 3 to 8 business days
- North America: 3 to 12 business days
- Rest of World: 7 to 15 business days
Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs, local postal delays or other factors outside our control.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, VAT, GST, import taxes, or carrier handling fees as determined by local customs authorities.
These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer.
Revalio Health has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.
We are not responsible for delays, refused deliveries, or additional costs caused by customs clearance or unpaid import charges.
List or Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged or appears lost, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date or within 7 days of the last expected delivery date shown in your shipping confirmation email.
We will assist you in filing a claim or arranging a replacement when eligible.
A package is considered lost only if:
- There has been no tracking movement for 30 consecutive days, or
- The carrier has officially confirmed the package as lost.
Delayed or In-Transit Packages
We do not offer refunds for packages that are delayed or still in transit.
A package is considered lost only if there is no movement for 30 days.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout. Revalio Health cannot be held liable for delays, lost packages, or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete address details.
Refunds or replacements will not be issued for orders affected by incorrect shipping information.
