You have 30 days from the delivery date, as confirmed by tracking, to request a return.

For defective or malfunctioning items, the product must be returned so we can conduct quality checks. Photo or video evidence is required for all defective, damaged, or malfunctioning item claims before a return or refund is approved.
If you wish to return an item for reasons other than the above (e.g., change of mind), please contact us to confirm eligibility.
Change-of-mind returns are not guaranteed and may be declined depending on the item’s condition and your local consumer laws.
For eligible returns, items must be:
- In original condition.
- Free of excessive wear.
- Returned with all included accessories.
- In their original packaging, unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
Please note that approval for change-of-mind returns is not guaranteed, even if the item is unused, unopened and in original condition.

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or used beauty or personal-care products, unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Defective, damaged, or incorrect items
We will cover all costs by offering a free replacement or a full refund.
To process the claim, the item must be returned to the address we provide, and we will supply a prepaid return shipping label where required.
Change-of-mind returns:
If a change-of-mind return is approved, the customer must cover the return shipping cost to the address provided by our support team.
Important:
Do not send products back to the return address on the package.
Any unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
If you would like a different color or model, the conditions for change-of-mind returns must be met and the exchange must be approved by our support team.
If you experience an issue with your order, you must contact us first so we can resolve it.
Filing a chargeback or bank dispute without contacting us may delay resolution and removes our ability to assist you directly.
We are not responsible for disputes filed before the customer follows our return and refund process.
If your order is delivered within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason.
The item must be unused and in its original condition.
Proof of purchase is required.
Once we approve your return or verify the issue, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. Orders marked as delivered by the carrier are considered fulfilled unless reported otherwise within the return window.
Refunds usually take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank.
