The Revalio Monthly Wellness Giveaway (the “Giveaway”) is sponsored by Revalio Health (“Sponsor”).
The Giveaway is open to legal residents of the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand who are at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of entry.
Employees, officers, directors, contractors, representatives of Sponsor, and their immediate family members and household members are not eligible to enter.
The Giveaway is void where prohibited by law and is subject to all applicable federal, state, provincial, territorial, and local laws and regulations.
The Revalio Monthly Wellness Giveaway begins at 12:00:00 a.m. local time on the first day of each calendar month and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. local time on the last day of the same calendar month (each a “Giveaway Period”).
Each Giveaway Period is a separate Giveaway. Entries do not carry over into future Giveaway Periods.
Sponsor reserves the right to discontinue, modify, or extend the Giveaway at its discretion.
There are two (2) methods of entry.
During the Giveaway Period, place an order through the official Revalio Health website.
Eligible purchases made during the Giveaway Period will automatically receive one (1) entry into the Giveaway drawing.
A purchase is not required to enter or win.
During the Giveaway Period, eligible entrants may submit a free entry by completing the official Giveaway entry form and providing their name, email address, and country of residence.
Free entries will receive the same chance of winning as purchase entries.
Submitting a free entry is not required to purchase products or receive marketing communications from Sponsor.
Entries generated by bots, scripts, automated systems, or fraudulent means will be void.
Each person may receive a maximum of one (1) entry per Giveaway Period.
One (1) winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during each Giveaway Period.
The drawing will take place shortly after the end of each Giveaway Period.
Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
Sponsor’s decisions regarding the Giveaway are final and binding.
The potential winner will be contacted using the email address provided during entry.
The potential winner must respond within five (5) days after notification.
The winner may be required to confirm eligibility and provide information reasonably requested by Sponsor for prize fulfillment.
If the potential winner cannot be contacted, does not respond within the required timeframe, or is determined to be ineligible, Sponsor may select an alternate winner.
Prize fulfillment is expected within approximately six to eight (6–8) weeks after winner verification is completed.
Each Giveaway Period will feature one (1) winner.

Apple is not a sponsor of, participant in, or affiliated with this Giveaway.
Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash except where required by law.
Winner is responsible for any taxes or costs associated with accepting or using the prize that are not specifically included.
By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and Sponsor’s decisions.
Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, violates these rules, uses fraudulent methods, or acts in a disruptive manner.
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway if circumstances outside of Sponsor’s control affect the fairness or operation of the Giveaway.
By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Revalio Health and its affiliates, employees, representatives, and agents from claims arising from participation in the Giveaway or acceptance and use of any prize, except where prohibited by law.
Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, inaccurate, or misdirected entries, technical failures, internet failures, or other issues outside of Sponsor’s reasonable control.
Information collected from entrants will be used to administer the Giveaway and handled according to Revalio Health’s privacy policy.
Entry into the Giveaway is not conditioned on agreeing to receive marketing communications.
Participants may unsubscribe from promotional communications at any time.
Except where prohibited by law, disputes relating to this Giveaway shall be resolved individually and not through class action proceedings.
The laws applicable to the Sponsor’s jurisdiction shall govern the Giveaway and these Official Rules.
If any provision of these Official Rules is found invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
